<Position Objective/Expectation >
<Job Responsibilities>
・Lead manufacturing strategy, footprint optimization and all new program launch for the FOAM in Thailand.
・Execute all Thailand programs as per Adient standards while following the standard AME deliverables, to ensure flawless launches.
・Design and implement competitive, efficient and safe manufacturing processes able to deliver the highest standards to our customers.
・Lead ME reviews of program deliverables to ensure consistent application and execution of standards.
・Schedule reviews with the Country ME or Regional AME director for all key programs and prepare present manufacturing sign offs (MPC) to leadership as required by the product launch system
・Support commercial team during Phase 0/1. Review & approve capex investment for all new quotes. Prepare quote packages.
・Update MU/CU of each footprint and Study suitable foot print and value steam flow for improve competitiveness.
・Support business growth providing solutions on footprint and Capex needs.
・Support and work with CI team on manufacturing practices and improvements (AMS, BBP, MU/CU) to drive operational excellence and waste elimination.
・Build and develop a strong Successor and IDP for subordinate and drive people engagement.
・Ensure that all activities accordance with Environmental legal & requirements.
・Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental*HSE requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training
・Participation in the HSE involvement in management of change process, attendance in HSE related team meetings.
・Communicating often about safety: safety talk and feedback, ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and complied with, assist with accident investigations & 8D report.
・Zero tolerance & fully compliance with high risk/critical work: Permit System.
・Conduct risk assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe, also that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
・Working experience at least 10 years in Automotive parts in new model, foam injection and process engineering is required.
・Management level at least 3 years in Automotive parts in new model, foam injection and process engineering is required.
・Experience in Foam Production technology
・Have experience in new model, Assembly Process Development.
・Knowledge and application of Quality Systems such as IATF:16949: 2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015.
・Advance Conversation high level in English.
