<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Take care all of maintenance process
<Job Responsibilities>
・Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns and completed work report.
・Communicating with customer, engineers, and other related person to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
・Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback and quotation.
・Monitoring equipment and Vibration systems performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
・Conducting quality assurance, stock control and safety checks on all equipment.
・Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
・Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields.
・At least 2 years experience in maintenance engineer role in automotive or electronics industries.
・Have own car and willingness to traveling. (all over Thailand)
・Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
・The ability to remain professional under pressure.
・Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
・Advance conversation middle-high level in English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・If having experience working overseas will be considered as an advantage.
