- To manage and create strategy to achieve Sales Target and solve team problem, find solution and create idea to protect
<Job Responsibilities>
・To manage and create strategy to achieve Sales Target.
・To solve team problem, find solution and create idea to protect
・To support Sales team and make good relation with customer
・Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
・Visit customer in Chonburi and Rayong area (case by case) by company car (don't have driver provided)
・Other tasks will assign by Sales Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor’s degree in any field
・At least 5 years in Sales in any business (B2B)
・Have management experience 2 years as Sales Manager
・Strong understanding of business management
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution
・Time and project management skills
・Can work well under pressure and have good manner
・Computer skill Microsoft office (word, Excel, Power Point)
・Advance conversational high of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Business level of English
・Experience in automotive, machinery or leasing business
