<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Manage daily operation task
<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and coaching team member
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Manage tax application ( include transfer pricing document)
- Manage cash flow and the bank account
- Check the payroll after HR preparation
- Check the invoices or POs
- Calculate the incentive fee for sales staff
- Coordinate with banks
- Coordinate with other division
- Coordinate with internal & external auditor
- Coordinate with Revenue Department (tax issue)
- Prepare the report to the report line
- Correspond the inquiry about the accounting
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
・At least 5 years of experience in accounting tasks in any manufacturing industry.
・At least 2 years of experience of managing overall accounting tasks at manager level
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Conversational middle level of English
・Good Communication and leadership skills
