<Job Responsibilities>
• Keep monitoring web application firewall, database firewall, and vulnerability assessment implementation, including tuning WAF rules based on vulnerabilities and attacks leveraging automation for testing, and ensuring false positives are motivated.
• Maintain cyber security quality by focusing on web application security from offensive and defensive thinking perspectives.
• Be responsible for creating necessary project artifacts in association with project delivery and/or knowledge transfer.
• Be responsible for handling the Proof of Concept (POC) in any web-based scenario requested by the Sales team or customers.
• Monitor overall system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide guidance and advice for web application security knowledge and resolution.
• Cooperate with product suppliers to provide detailed troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
• Be responsible for day-to-day basis standby service and 24x7 operation.
• Perform technologies/products/news research, and self-discovery, and then share the findings of technologies/products/news with customers and internal teams.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of basic networking skills.
- Basic knowledge and programming skills e.g., Python, PHP, SQL
- Comprehensive knowledge in basic web application attack and defense (OWASP Top 10).
- Comprehensive knowledge or relevant experience in web server technologies.
- Service-mind and presentation skills are helpful.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Practical English reading comprehension.
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Professional certifications such as CEH, ECSA, CySA+, GWEB or equivalent is a big plus

• คอยตรวจสอบไฟร์วอลล์ของเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ไฟร์วอลล์ฐานข้อมูล และการใช้งานการประเมินช่องโหว่ รวมถึงการปรับกฎ WAF ตามช่องโหว่และการโจมตีที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากระบบอัตโนมัติสำหรับการทดสอบ และสร้างความมั่นใจว่าจะมีการกระตุ้นให้เกิดผลบวกที่ผิดพลาด
• รักษาคุณภาพการรักษาความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์โดยเน้นที่ความปลอดภัยของเว็บแอปพลิเคชันจากมุมมองการคิดเชิงรุกและเชิงรับ
• รับผิดชอบในการสร้างสิ่งประดิษฐ์ของโครงการที่จำเป็นร่วมกับการส่งมอบโครงการและ/หรือการถ่ายทอดความรู้
• รับผิดชอบในการจัดการ Proof of Concept (POC) ในสถานการณ์บนเว็บที่ร้องขอโดยทีมขายหรือลูกค้า
• ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยรวมและรับรองความพร้อมใช้งานและความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบ
• ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับความรู้และวิธีแก้ปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยของเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน
• ร่วมมือกับซัพพลายเออร์ผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาโดยละเอียดและการตรวจสอบสาเหตุ
• รับผิดชอบบริการสแตนด์บายแบบวันต่อวันและการดำเนินงาน 24x7
• ดำเนินการวิจัยเทคโนโลยี/ผลิตภัณฑ์/ข่าว และการค้นหาด้วยตนเอง จากนั้นแบ่งปันสิ่งที่ค้นพบของเทคโนโลยี/ผลิตภัณฑ์/ข่าวสารกับลูกค้าและทีมงานภายใน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Networking
- ความรู้พื้นฐานและทักษะการเขียนโปรแกรม เช่น Python, PHP, SQL
- ความรู้ที่ครอบคลุมเกี่ยวกับการโจมตีและป้องกันเว็บแอปพลิเคชันพื้นฐาน (OWASP Top 10)
- ความรู้ที่ครอบคลุมหรือประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในเทคโนโลยีเว็บเซิร์ฟเวอร์
- มีทักษะการบริการและการนำเสนอจะเป็นประโยชน์
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- ความเข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษเชิงปฏิบัติ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
