Duties & Responsibility:
Managing and supervising/coaching the team members to hit sales target
Contacting and dealing with Japanese and Thai customers 
Supporting sales members to solve problems whenever needed
Target planning, sales forecasting, and market analysis
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development
Cooperate and keep relationship with customers to solving the problem
Visit customer to maintain relation and hearing what they prefer (Sometimes in Ayutthaya area by company car own drive)
Other tasks as assigned by Japanese MD


Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Female only, age 30-45 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher 
At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales in Automotive fields
Knowledge in Production Line/ Maintenance / QC
Leadership Skill/ Interpersonal Skill/ Negotiation Skill /Service Mind
Good in presentation Skill
Be able to handle complain situation 
Be able to communicate with clients in Japanese and English (E-mail / Telephone/ Face-to-Face)




Languages skills 
English: Advanced Conversational Level – Business Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – Business Level




Workplace Area: Prachin Buri
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (work on Saturday 6-7 times/year *depend on company calendar)
