<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for operating the shops in assigned area to meet company’s targets and policies in an effective and efficient manner with shop manager.
- The aim of any Area manager is to maximize profit whilst minimizing cost, oversee the daily work of employees, create a pleasant shopping atmosphere for customer in the shop where is assigned area with shop manager
- Area managers ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards, staffs are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer service standards are met within the assigned area.
- Depend on the size of the store, and company structure, Area managers may also be required to deal with human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service and finance to improve store operations

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years’ experience of Area Manager from retail industry, fashion retail.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Positive, Initiative, proactive, can-do attitude as well as willing to work hard.
- Good of stock management and sales management skills.
- Proficient in MS office and presentation.

Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:30 (Mon-Fri (Basically Mon-Fri but sometimes need to visit other branches on Sat/Sun, It can be flexible))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานร้านค้าในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและนโยบายของบริษัทอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลกับผู้จัดการร้าน
- เป้าหมายของผู้จัดการพื้นที่ใด ๆ คือการเพิ่มผลกำไรสูงสุดในขณะที่ลดต้นทุน, ดูแลงานประจำวันของพนักงาน, สร้างบรรยากาศการช็อปปิ้งที่น่าพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าในร้านที่ได้รับมอบหมายพื้นที่กับผู้จัดการร้าน
- ผู้จัดการพื้นที่ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าโปรโมชั่นมีความถูกต้องและจำหน่ายได้ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท พนักงานมีความรอบรู้กับเป้าหมายในแต่ละวัน และได้มาตรฐานการบริการลูกค้าที่เป็นเลิศภายในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดของร้านค้าและโครงสร้างบริษัท ผู้จัดการพื้นที่อาจต้องจัดการกับทรัพยากรบุคคล การตลาด โลจิสติกส์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การบริการลูกค้า และการเงิน เพื่อปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานของร้าน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ของ Area Manager จากอุตสาหกรรมค้าปลีก, ค้าปลีกแฟชั่น
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก ความคิดริเริ่ม เชิงรุก ความสามารถในการทำเช่นเดียวกับเต็มใจที่จะทำงานหนัก
- มีทักษะในการบริหารสต็อกและการขายเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ MS office และนำเสนอได้ดี
