<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Able to provide quick technical responses to customer requests.
- Able to provide technical advice to the customers.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales target, revenue and expense controls in Logistics Automation Department
- Deliver excellent customer services by offering knowledge, advice, problems solving and other concerns
- Provide necessary information for all services and product knowledge and work process matters for customers
- Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company
- Continually develop knowledge of products/services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible solutions for customers
- Provide feedback and recommendation to further improve business operations
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from company’s products


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related
- At least 3 years of working experience as a sales or sales Engineer in factory automation
- Convirtiatonal middle level of English
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to operate engineering computer program with Auto CAD and layout design
