<Job Responsibilities>
- Dealing and developing relationship with carriers, Control direct (carriers) cost efficiently
- Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.
- Attend any internal meetings with Customer Service /Sales or etc. when required and delegate to team.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and console team when there is any issue.
- Plan space efficiently for huge spot / regular business volume.
- Monitor booking & planning for the efficient consolidation.
- Review the correctness of rate applicable in UFS.
- Monitor the usage of MAWB of booking staff.
- Coach team member to generate most benefit productivity work and remove non-profitability work.

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in air freight forwarding industry
- Good knowledge of Thai customs regulation, Air freight forwarder business.
- Good command of English, both of written and spoken.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- การจัดการและพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ให้บริการ การควบคุมโดยตรง (carriers) ต้นทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- เจรจาต่อรองและขอสายการบินในราคาที่แข่งขันได้
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมภายในกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า / ฝ่ายขาย หรืออื่นๆ เมื่อจำเป็นและมอบหมายให้ทีม
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า ฝ่ายขาย และทีมคอนโซล เมื่อมีปัญหาใดๆ
- วางแผนพื้นที่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ / ปริมาณธุรกิจทั่วำป
- ตรวจสอบการจองและวางแผนสำหรับการรวมบัญชีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของอัตราที่ใช้บังคับใน UFS
- ตรวจสอบการใช้ MAWB ของพนักงาน booking
- โค้ชสมาชิกในทีมเพื่อสร้างผลงานให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดและกำจัดงานที่ไม่มีประโยชน์

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 35-40 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจ, เศรษฐกิจ, ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ, โลจิสติกส์, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายศุลกากรของไทย, ธุรกิจขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งพูดและเขียน
