Work details
• Identify new customer opportunities and develop new modern trade accounts
• Maintain customer base and building and maintaining rapport with key customers
• Achieve the modern trade sales operational objectives as per strategic plans.
• Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for channels and areas.
• Monitor daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned.
• Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; tracking competitors.
• Implement trade promotions along with Marketing by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
• Be responsible for growing market share for company products in modern trade channels by develop and lead effective go to market model.
• Directly manage major and critical developing customer accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
• Provide timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all company products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Form and plan for structure of sales team and recruit and training sales team.
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri, No Saturday Working) Working at Prachinburi would be necessary (probably at least four days/week)
• Age 25-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Food related course, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5 years’ experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) MT Channel.
• Good in communication,
• Able to communicate well in English and Thai
• Good in the organization, analysis, management, strategic planning and forecast.
• Responsible, interpersonal, strong, dominant, dynamic & initiative, able to work under high pressure.
• Have strong project management skills, and the ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Have the ability to present recommendations to the Senior Management Team
• Are comfortable in the fast-paced, and demanding environment
• Are a great communicator and team player who thrives in an international team
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• No need direct experience. Smartness and leadership are more important.
• Consulting background is preferred
• Commuting to or staying in Prachinburi required (related expenses borne by the Company)
• This role provides flexibility to work in Samut Prakan office or Prachinburi Head Quarters (but ideally at least 4 days per week in Prachinburi, depends on the customers’ location).
• Approximately [50] % travel required, generally within Thailan
