Work Outline: Administrative support to accounting manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Preparing statutory accounts.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, 25-28 years old, Female only
More than 3 years’ experience as accounting assistant
Good command of English
Languages skills

Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
