M&E Manager(70K – 72K) (SDG-83186)

• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss project progress and issues that may arise during the course of the project
• Managing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement management, etc.
• Overseeing the project team’s work to ensure that they meet deadlines and
• milestones
• Reviewing project deliverables to ensure that they meet requirements and specifications
• Providing technical expertise and experience where needed to solve complex problems
• Managing subcontractors or suppliers to ensure that they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products or services according to specifications
• Communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and challenges
• Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are on the same page

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri *Working in holiday (8 hrs.) can be used as 1 day of substitution leave)
 





• Age 38-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Have at least 10 years or above experience in MEP construction work
• Have at least 1 year's management level in Manager
• Strong command of oral and written English is mandatory
• Good computer knowledge of all kinds of software are commonly used in construction industry
• Good at time management skills with the ability to self-manage time efficiently and meet deadline, good at organize skills
