<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Take care of all activity in manufacturing
<Job Responsibilities>
- Take 5S activities (Sorting, Setting-in-Order, Shining, Standardizing, Sustaining the Discipline) to manage worker
- KPI management for manufacturing department
- Manage each department leader (QA,OC, Production control, engineer)
- Factory shift management
- Production planning
- Cost control and analysis
- Review current supplier and negotiate terms and condition with supplier
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in industrial Engineering.
・Have working experience at least 7 years of factory planning in automotive parts in manufacturing fields.
・At least 5 years of management experience as factory planning in the manufacturing industry dealing with quality management systems and coaching skills.
・Knowledge about IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO9001.
・Can work under Pressure.
・Advance conversation level middle-high level in English
・Skill with Teamwork, Communication, Logical Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Positive Thinking and Good relation with Tea
