<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Management whole factory such as production, QCQA, Engineer department

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and handle production area based on clients demands
- Develop quality of product and keep increase productivity
- Make and Report to Japanese manager in Thai
- Management to Thai managers and make strong organization
- The other worked assigned by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 3years factory manager in Steel company
※Have experience produce steel products such as cutting, vendor, installment of steel products
・Conversational middle level of English
・Have strong management skills and experience

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience as factory manager in around 50 - 100people
・Have engineer background
・Not job hopper
