<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to manage as a manager and develop yourself as an engineer

<Job Responsibilities>
- Get product requirements or orders from customers.
- Coordinate with customers in order to adjust and improve products for customer requirements.
- Analysis of product to find root course.
- Improve the working process
- Manpower Control, Training, and Operation Management.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have knowledge of EMS
- Have experience of at least 5 years as Production Engineer (Electronic) in any manufacturing industry.
- Have management experience of at least 3 years as Production Engineer Assistant Manager (Electronic) or Production Engineer Manager (Electronic) in any manufacturing industry.
- Conversation middle-level of English
- Bachelor's degree in the Engineering field

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversation level of Japanese
