<Job Responsibilities>
- Gathering scope of service work from the client including repair, preventive maintenance, overhaul, new design, as well as problem feedback.
- Issue the quotation for repair/maintenance/overhaul works.
- Issue specification sheet (In case of the repair and maintenance work with the price higher than 100,000 THB, or new furnace project)
- Coordinate with sales and the client for confirmation of onsite working plan and reporting of working progress.
- Control of onsite work at the client location. Problem solving.
- Handover the work to the client

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, 21-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majored in Electrical of Electronics.
- At least 2 years as Service Engineer from any related industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Solid work, Auto Cad
- Have driving license (Company provided car for business purpose)
- Able to work domestic or abroad
- Good command of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working Experience as Service Engineer in heating machine or related products.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Every Saturday during probation, and Every other Saturdays (after probation)))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- รวบรวมขอบเขตงานบริการจากลูกค้า ทั้งการซ่อมแซม การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การยกเครื่อง การออกแบบใหม่ ตลอดจนข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัญหา
- ออกใบเสนอราคางานซ่อม/บำรุงรักษา/ยกเครื่อง
- ออกใบกำหนดคุณสมบัติ (กรณีงานซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาราคาสูงกว่า 100,000 บาท หรือโครงการเตาหลอมใหม่)
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันแผนการทำงานนอกสถานที่และรายงานความคืบหน้าในการทำงาน
- ควบคุมการทำงานนอกสถานที่ ณ สถานที่ลูกค้า, การแก้ปัญหา
- ส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้า

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 21-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้าหรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์
- อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Service Engineer จากอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office, Solid work, Auto Cad ได้คล่อง
- มีใบขับขี่ (บริษัทจัดหารถให้เพื่อธุรกิจ)
- สามารถทำงานในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศได้
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี

- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง Service Engineer ในเครื่องทำความร้อนหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
