<Job Responsibilities>
- Partner with company management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Design and implement employee development strategies and training plan
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Auditing internal and external trainers, as well as its budget
- Report to management and support related task which be assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 32-45 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human resource management, Social Science
- Experience between 8-10 years in HRD
- Have experience at least 5 years in Human resource planning and development /training plan
- Have experience in any project management
- Have experience in budget planning.
- Good English Communication (TOEIC 600+) with team and top management
- Auditing internal and external trainers

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- เป็นพันธมิตรกับฝ่ายบริหารของบริษัทเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป้าหมายเชิงกลยุทธ์ของ HR นั้นสอดคล้องกับความคิดริเริ่มทางธุรกิจ
- ออกแบบและใช้กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาพนักงานและแผนการฝึกอบรม
- พัฒนาสื่อการฝึกอบรมและโปรแกรมการจัดการผลการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อช่วยให้มั่นใจว่าพนักงานเข้าใจความรับผิดชอบในงานของตน
- ตรวจสอบผู้ฝึกสอนภายในและภายนอกตลอดจนงบประมาณ
- รายงานต่อผู้บริหารและสนับสนุนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 32-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ สังคมศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์ระหว่าง 8-10 ปีใน HRD
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ด้านการวางแผนและพัฒนาบุคลากร / แผนการฝึกอบรม
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารโครงการใดๆ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนงบประมาณ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 600+) กับทีมงานและผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- การตรวจสอบผู้ฝึกสอนภายในและภายนอก

- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอที่ดี
