<Position Objective/Expectation >

<Job Responsibilities>
・QA aviation is directly responsible to the Managing Director for assuring that Quality policies and systems are effectively implemented.
・Ensuring that the company gains, maintains and complies with all appropriate regulatory and customer quality requirements and providing an independent quality management audit of compliance
・Acting as the final arbiter on issues of product quality, ensuring product acceptance through all forms of inspection, co-ordinate activities which affect airworthiness and act as the primary liaison with the regulatory airworthiness authorities and customer auditors.
・Actively monitoring the reliability of products in service; investigate mode and cause of failure of service returns, ensuring that effective corrective and preventive actions are taken, root cause of all quality discrepancies is determined and customer needs are satisfied.
・Issuing and control of authorizations for inspection and certifying staff.
Responsible for auditing of the companies procedures and personnel in accordance with the company’s quality audit programme and reporting any deficiencies to relevant personnel.
・With specific reference to the PART 145 approval, the QA is responsible for.
・Assessing sub-contractors for extension of the quality system, and maintaining the expertise necessary to be able to do so, to the satisfaction of the CAA T
・To responsible for issue /renewal/cancellation of TCAR 8 Part-145 C/S - S/S individual authorization; He/she is responsible for coordinating action on airworthiness occurrences and for initiating any necessary further investigation and follow-up activity.
・To responsible for acceptance on temporary or occasional cases base maintenance tasks (AD’s, SB’s) to be performed by a line maintenance organization.
・To responsible for the notification to the CAAT, as applicable according to the procedures established in the MOE, of maintenance activities conducted outside the approved locations.
・Preparing standard practices and procedures for use within the organization, derived from approved sources, and keeping them up to date.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree in related fields.
・At least 5 years experiences in QA in Aviation fields
・Advanced Conversational Middle-High in English
・Computer Literacy (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
・Knowledge of Quality Management system
・Be able to commute to work by themselves
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Graduated from Civil Aviation Engineer
