Duties & Responsibility:
[Outline]: Manage Overall HR and GA function in the company.
Drive the payroll process is completed accurately and to deadline.
Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues, management of staffs.
Coordinate and also negotiate with the labor union issues related to working conditions and claims, arrangement meeting with Employee’s Committee.
Responsible all general affairs functional and recruitment, selection both permanent and temporary employee, interview, controlling headcounts and recruitment status, designed for a package offering, orienting for newcomer.
Conduct training needs, training master plan and implement a training plan process and follow up, control the budget.
Conduct with Board Meeting as a secretary in the GM meeting, minute of the meeting report completed.
Monitoring all offices general expenses and control the budget.
In charge and control disciplinary and company’s rule, communication.
Labor Law Act and Labor Relation Act oversee and bargaining with Labor Union issue.
Qualifications:
[Minimum requirements]
Thai Nationality Only.
Male Age 40-45 years.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
10-20 years of experienced in HR (both HRM and HRD).
Good command of written and spoken English.
Experience in Managerial level for at least 4 years
Strong Knowledge and Experience about Labor union, labor law

Understand Japanese culture, Good interpersonal, well-organized, initiative, service minded and solving skills.
Pay roll program: Excel, B-Plus and Tiger Soft Computer literacy.
