Duties & Responsibility:

In charge of HR General Tasks specialize in Recruitment &Secretary general task
(Detail)
Understand recruitment needs from line managers, identify potential experienced candidates for any opening positions according to requirements and to comply with both manpower planning and business strategies
Proactively screen and source candidates from external and internal recruitment sources
Assist to Japanese MD
Providing administrative and secretarial support to Top Management, greeting visitors and answering the telephone.
Establish and maintain confidential files concerned with personnel and/or policy atters and are responsible for releasing information to authorized parties
Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence
Screening incoming correspondence and report
Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement
Performing related tasks as assigned
Qualification:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Female only, Age 28 - 40 years old.
•Master/Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
•Minimum 5 years in HR or secretary Field
•Good Interpersonal Skill, Lively & Friendly
•Good command in English (Written, Spoken, listening)
[Prefer]
•Experience to work in Japanese company
Languages skills:
•English: Business level
Workplace Area:Ploenchit (BTS Ploenchit)
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8:30 – 17.00)Sat half day 2 times /month
