<Job Responsibilities>
- Working in Pricing and Procurement Section to handle Thailand Sea Freight Product on business aspects.
- Be the main contact point on price negotiation and Request for Quotation (RFQ), along with overseas pricing request.
- Work closely with Sales Team and Sea Carriers to provide right price and costing.
- Well-understanding and knowledgeable in Sea Freight Products (FCL, LCL, Break-bulk, RoRo, Project Cargo)
- Able to translate overseas request into easy understanding message and share with concerned parties, i.e., Sales Team, Sea Freight Operation, customers, etc.
- Conduct a meeting with Sales Team and/or Sea Freight Operation team to update report of change, opportunity, or related matter in regular basis.
- Sometime have to participate or join the visit to key customers with Sales Team in order to gain better understanding on specific needs as requested by customers.
- Analyze market situation based on data source from internal or external to create monthly report.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 24 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experiences in a similar role and position.
- Have a strong operational background in Sea Freight field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. (internal use)
- Well understanding of pricing strategies, negotiation, carrier management and normal Sea Freight operation.
- Understand the niche requirements of different kinds of Freight Movement and Incoterm.
- Good analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and proactive.
- Work well under pressure, know how to prioritize the work with limit supervision.
- Enthusiastic, well-organized, self-initiated and good team player.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- TOEIC score 500 up will be advantage

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ทำงานในแผนก Pricing and Procurement เพื่อจัดการ Thailand Sea Freight Product ในด้านธุรกิจ
- เป็นผู้ติดต่อหลักในการต่อรองราคาและขอใบเสนอราคา (RFQ) ควบคู่ไปกับการขอราคาในต่างประเทศ
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมขายและผู้ให้บริการเดินเรือเพื่อจัดหาราคาและต้นทุนที่เหมาะสม
- มีความเข้าใจและมีความรู้ใน Sea Freight Products (FCL, LCL, Break-bulk, RoRo, Project Cargo)
- สามารถแปลคำขอจากต่างประเทศเป็นข้อความที่เข้าใจง่ายและแบ่งปันกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีมขาย ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการขนส่งทางทะเล ลูกค้า เป็นต้น
- จัดประชุมกับทีมขายและ/หรือทีมปฏิบัติการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลเพื่ออัปเดตรายงานการเปลี่ยนแปลง โอกาส หรือเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นประจำ
- บางครั้งต้องเข้าร่วมหรือร่วมออกเยี่ยมลูกค้ารายสำคัญกับทีมขายเพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการเฉพาะตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ
- วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ตลาดจากแหล่งข้อมูลภายในหรือภายนอกเพื่อจัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 32 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในบทบาทและตำแหน่งที่คล้ายกัน
- มีพื้นฐานการปฏิบัติงานที่แข็งแกร่งในด้านการขนส่งทางทะเล
- จำเป็นต้องมีทักษะการสื่อสารด้วยวาจาและลายลักษณ์อักษรที่ดีเยี่ยม (ใช้ภายใน)
- มีความเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ด้านราคา การต่อรอง การจัดการผู้ขนส่ง และการดำเนินงานปกติของการขนส่งทางทะเล
- ทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนดเฉพาะของ Freight Movement และ Incoterm ประเภทต่างๆ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ การเจรจา และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีการติดตามผลและเชิงรุกที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี รู้จักจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานโดยมีการควบคุมดูแลอย่างจำกัด
- มีความกระตือรือร้น มีระเบียบ มีความคิดริเริ่มในตนเองและเป็นทีมที่ดี
