<Job Responsibilities>
- Deal with daily trouble or problem related to labor Union
- Manage and control the labor matter
- Discuss MTG with labor union and make company more comfortable for work
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- ESH & ISO 14001, 45001 activities.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years experience as HR staff
- Conversational high level of English (Business level of English is prefer)
- Strong knowledge of labor law
- Can take quick response and quick action
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good relationship, Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office , Internet , e-mail, etc.)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience as handle labot union matter
- Business level of English
- Working experience in Manufacturing company

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดการกับปัญหารายวันหรือปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสหภาพแรงงาน
- บริหารและควบคุมงานด้านแรงงาน
- หารือเกี่ยวกับ MTG กับสหภาพแรงงานและทำให้บริษัทมีความสะดวกสบายในการทำงานมากขึ้น
- จัดทำรายละเอียดงาน โฆษณาตำแหน่งงานว่าง และจัดการกระบวนการจ้างงาน
- ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน
- ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการพัฒนาพนักงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
- พัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมและการพัฒนา
- ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและระเบียบปฏิบัติ
- ดำเนินการอย่างพิถีพิถันในการบริหารบัญชีเงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์
- สื่อสารกับพนักงานเกี่ยวกับปัญหาที่มีผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงาน
- ESH & ISO 14001, 45001 กิจกรรม
- ดูแลให้พนักงานทุกคนมีระเบียบและพึงพอใจในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน
- ดูแลสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของพนักงานทุกคน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล
- การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (ระดับธุรกิจของภาษาอังกฤษจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็วและดำเนินการอย่างรวดเร็ว
- ทักษะการจัดองค์กรและการประสานงานที่แข็งแกร่ง
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะในการสื่อสาร
- สามารถทำงานกับรายละเอียดภายใต้แรงกดดันและกำหนดเวลาได้
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (MS Office , Internet , e-mail, etc.)
