Duties & Responsibility:
Work outline: Responsible for all functions of Human Resources; Recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management, Training and development
•Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.
•Designing and implementation Training & development programs for all Company Group to enhance employee’s skill and improve their abilities.
•Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
•Maintaining and controlling Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all Company Group employees.
•Controlling payroll (HRIS) & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
•Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
•Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
•Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
•Support ASEAN Companies Group related to Human Resource issues.
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female age 32-40 years old
•Bachelor’s or Master degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields.
•Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources role.
•Minimum 3 years working experience in Training and Development.
•Good knowledge of Thai Labor law
•Excellent English communication skills
•Computer literacy (especially in Excel and PowerPoint).
•Strong problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels.

•Japanese Language skills N3 or higher is preferable
•Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

English: Business Level
Japanese: JLPT N3 or higher is preferable

Working Hour: Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:00

Salary: 73,000-130,000 THB/ Month
