Duties & Responsibility:
Work Outline: To be the assistant for Japanese President by Identify and analyze company opportunities & risk to gain more company profitable and sustainable growth.
A.Business Planning;
•Leading on Business Planning both of long term plan and short term plan, and completely arrange on the annual management direction meeting.
•To set up company’s Balance Sheet and Financial Ratio, based on headquarter and company guideline.
•To do financial rolling forecast together with variance analysis for TH team and headquarter (JP)
B.Business Controlling/ Reporting
•To submit company financial pack to headquarter as monthly basis.
•To monitor and control Advertising and Promotional budget, evaluate sales promotion and marketing projects to ensure that the performance is on tracking.
•To control overhead expenses spending against budget.
•Complete all assigned ad-hoc from management.
C.Business Investment/ Development
•To assist president and HODs on the company opportunities and risks in term of financial side.
•Becomes the business partner to support on financial part for new market, new product launch.
•Improving the day to day operation work process for improving workplace atmosphere.
D.Personal Assistant & Administrative
•To be the President’s Japanese Personal Assistant who could provide clearly translation for all functional works such as Financial Planning, Sales, Marketing and Admin.
•To support during the conference between Japanese Management or Suppliers and staffs
•To assist to Marketing or Sales Team for new product knowledge from Japan
•To support and closely work under Management Planning Team to get more understanding for overall business and getting view of financial.
•Understand company situation, opportunities or risks to be well explain to managements.
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age between 30- 45 years
•Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related fields
•Strong Technical/ Functional Knowledge in Finance and Accounting, Finance Analysis
•At least 5 years of working experience in Finance, preferably FMCG with 2-3 years with people management exposure.
•Experience in budget forecast process and variance analysis
•Good command in spoken and written English language
•Good team player with ability to manage multi-priorities under pressure
[Preferable]
•Strong command in spoken and written Japanese Language is a plus
•Proficiency in Excel with ERP experience, SAP will be an advantage
