<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for accounting full functions such as, AP, AR, GL
- Perform monthly and yearly financial close, forecast and budget, and financial reporting & analysis
- Ensure all financial reports are in accordance with accounting standards and corporate policies
- Monitor and review Accounting and related system reports for accuracy
- Manage company's tax accounting and Revenue Department requirement
- Coordinate and support the internal and external audit and ensure controls are in place and effective for all key processes
- Prepare management reports on both regular and ad-hoc to the headquarter related to financial reporting and taxes.
- Prepare monthly cash flow and budget forecast
- Supervise and coach team members when necessary
- Monitor and improve regular internal control system processes and coordinate with external auditor and government sectors
- Be payroll master for employee salary report

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 38 - 46 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 8 years at least in accounting & finance
- 3 years at least in management level
- CPD is a must
- Able to communicate in English ( Report to Japanese Manager )
- Knowledge of accounting related laws, standards and national regulations
- Strong analytical, communication and problem solving

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีเต็มรูปแบบ เช่น AP, AR, GL
- ดำเนินการปิดบัญชี การคาดการณ์และงบประมาณรายเดือนและรายปี ตลอดจนการรายงานและการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน
- ดูแลให้รายงานทางการเงินทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีและนโยบายองค์กร
- ติดตามและสอบทานรายงานระบบบัญชีและที่เกี่ยวข้องให้มีความถูกต้อง
- จัดการด้านบัญชีภาษีของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดของกรมสรรพากร
- ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอกและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการควบคุมและมีผลสำหรับกระบวนการหลักทั้งหมด
- จัดทำรายงานการจัดการทั้งประจำและเฉพาะกิจส่งสำนักงานใหญ่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรายงานทางการเงินและภาษี
- จัดทำประมาณการกระแสเงินสดและงบประมาณรายเดือน
- ดูแลและฝึกสมาชิกในทีมเมื่อจำเป็น
- ติดตามและปรับปรุงระบบการควบคุมภายในอย่างสม่ำเสมอและประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอกและหน่วยงานภาครัฐ
- เป็นผู้ดำเนินบัญชีเงินเดือนสำหรับรายงานเงินเดือนพนักงาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 38 - 46 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- 8 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านบัญชีและการเงิน
- 3 ปีขึ้นไปในระดับบริหาร
- CPD เป็นสิ่งที่ต้องมี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (รายงานผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย มาตรฐานการบัญชี และกฎระเบียบของประเทศ
- มีการวิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง
