<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Regular accounting work and coordination work with external accounting companies
- Be able to take on the challenge of introducing SAP in the future
<Job Responsibilities>
- Monthly aggregation (including inventory and inventory management)
- Check all accounting process (Approve & post AP&GL voucher)
- Communication with external contract companies (accounting outsourcing, outsourcing of financial statements and monthly summaries)
- SAP introduction preparation
- VAT Purchase & VAT undue
- Records and reconcile prepaid, accrued, earnest money account
- Input data about payroll, provident fund, social security
- Input data (BS/PL) and analysis
- Budgeting control (Comparing budget and actual expense)
- Prepare consolidation package.
- Other assigned tasks
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree of accounting
- At least 3 years working experience in Accounting in Manufacturing Industry
- Conversational middle level of English
- Able to take on various challenges (planning to introduce SAP in the future)
- Be able to commute by yourself
- Have CPD Licence
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong leadership skill with positive thinking attitude
- Experience of SAP
