Responsibility:
Work outline: Enhance & Develop employment process & employee relation programs i.e. company work rule and regulation, employee activities to support the company. Analyze HR data to support Management decision making.
Responsible in enhance and develop recruitment and employment process
Creating, implementing and Develop Employee Relation program
Developing employment program i.e. work rules and regulations
Managing and Leading the employee relation activities
Ensuring that the program is increase the efficiency of the employees including promote learning culture.
Managing employee relation program, follow-up results and reports.
Continuously improving recruiting and employee relation processes and procedures to fit with business needs.
Analyze and planning employment process to ensure that serve the company’s strategy
Summary data report and all activities to support management decision making
Qualification:
[Must]
Male or Female, Thai nationality, age 35 - 40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 8-10 Years of Experienced in Human Resources filed
Strong knowledge in recruiting & employee relation is required
Good presentation and communication skill
Good personality and can do attitude
Fast learner, dynamic, and ability to make decision is required
Good command of English Language Skills
[Preferable]
Strong leadership skills is preferable
Good Initiative and analytical skill.
Over 10 Years’ experience in recruiting & employee relation is preferable
Languages skills:
English: Business Level
Workplace Area:Sathorn, Bangkok
Working Hour:8:30 – 16:45 (Mon – Fri)
