Duties & Responsibility:
Assisting project managing the data, providing documents and communicating with local customers
Supporting data center (server and crowd management service)
Actively promote and support the new shared services and new ways of working to deliver services in an efficient and effective manner.
Work to ensure documentation are created and maintained to enhance and facilitate information sharing across the shared service.
Supporting customers in Laos Thai and Japan and Visiting customers in other countries
Qualification:
[Must]
Thai or Laos nationality (Stay in Bangkok), Male only , age 25 - 35 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Information Technology, Marketing or related fields.
Experience 4 - 15 years in related fields
Good IT support and basic implementation experience.
Good skill of Project Management and Lead.
Positive attitude, honesty and accountability.
Proficient Microsoft office, Computer literate.
Ability to business trip overseas sometimes. (Time is negotiable and not over 50% per year)

Self-management skill.
Other Competency: Positive attitude, Honesty, Accountability, Communication skill, Service mind, Good team player, Problem solving, Logical thinking and Initiative.
Lao (Isan) speaking will be an advantage.
Able to communicate Japanese will be an advantage
Languages skills
Lao: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational (JLPT N3)
Workplace Area:Wireless Road 
Working Hour:Mon-Fri (8:30-17:30)
