<Job Responsibilities>
- Be contact person for allocated customers, solve the barrier during purchasing process both inbound and outbound (Tel/E-mail/Chat).
- Coordinate with product team to fulfil customer request in term of lead time, price, product info etc.
- Educate customer to use company service, product and promote relate campaign to customers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years up as Sales Coordinate, Tele sales , In house Sales in any manufacture.
- Proficiently in Microsoft office.
- Good in communication ,Strong service mind, Active ,Fast learner
