<Job Responsibilities>
- Support sales team to meet company's sales target
- Update new model information in the department store on-line system and ERP of company.
- Register new model information into the ERP system if increased
- Create new customer code into the ERP system if increased
- Responsible for ship-back goods process by preparing necessary documents and contacting related parties i.e. warehouse.
- Prepare necessary documents as requested by the sales team i.e. PO, quotations, invoices approval order, etc.
- Coordinate with suppliers/ customers and prepare documents as needed.
- Interpretation (JPN⇔Thai) for the sales dept. between Thai staff and Japanese management for internal and external meeting.
- Translation (JPN⇔Thai) : documents translation required by superior.
- Support other tasks as assigned by superior.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 2 years of working experience as interpreter
・Working experience of admin or sales support task
・Business level of Japanese (N2)
・Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Outlook.
・Can work as a team and can solve any problem
・Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet the deadline.
・Conversational middle level of English

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Knowledge of sales and marketing and international business management

Japanese level : Business Level

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- สนับสนุนทีมขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายของบริษัท
- อัปเดตข้อมูลรุ่นใหม่ในระบบ Online ของห้างสรรพสินค้า และ ERP ของบริษัท
- ลงทะเบียนข้อมูลรุ่นใหม่ในระบบ ERP หากมีการเพิ่มขึ้น
- สร้างรหัสลูกค้าใหม่เข้าสู่ระบบ ERP หากมีการเพิ่มขึ้น
- รับผิดชอบกระบวนการ Ship-Back Goods โดยจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นและติดต่อฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น คลังสินค้า
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นตามที่ฝ่ายขายร้องขอ เช่น ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งอนุมัติใบแจ้งหนี้ เป็นต้น
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์/ลูกค้าและจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็น
- ล่าม (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น -ภาษาไทย) สำหรับฝ่ายขาย ระหว่างพนักงานชาวไทยและผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นสำหรับการประชุมภายในและภายนอก
- การแปล (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น -ภาษาไทย) : การแปลเอกสารที่หัวหน้าต้องการ
- สนับสนุนงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
・มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในฐานะล่าม
・ประสบการณ์การทำงานของผู้ดูแลระบบหรืองานสนับสนุนการขาย
・ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ (N2)
・ความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office เช่น Excel, PowerPoint, Words และ Outlook
・สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและแก้ปัญหาได้
・ความสามารถในการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้แรงกดดันและทันกำหนดเวลา
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง
