<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to shiping tasks
<Job Responsibilities>
- Import task: Import customs clearance procedures for procured parts (direct materials) and non-procured parts
- Export tasks: Issuing invoices, submitting export declarations to the customs bureau
・Packaging material management: Ordering, delivery date, and price management of packaging materials
・Other tasks might be assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2 years experience in logistic work in any manufacturing company
- Conversational middle Level of English (Ability to read English documents)
- Knowledge of logistics
- Ability to use spreadsheet calculations in Excel.
Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have knowledge of import/export procedures in bonded areas
- Have Knowledge of certificate of origin (Form E, D)
- Have management experience
