<Position Objective/Expectation >
-Responsible for achieving Sales & Marketing Objectives & Targets for the Company and meet customers’ needs with prompt and effective solution.
- Develop and implement Marketing & Sale plan to achieve sales targets, continuous business growth, and new Japanese customers’ development and expand existing customers’ business growth for the company.


<Job Responsibilities>
・Handle sales & marketing activity to meet customer or another inquiries, and company target.
・Proactively BD (90%) and realize account growth with existing customers (10%).
・Contacting customer on site to present our products & service and getting their information including their needs and expectations.
・Communication of the customer's need and expectations in term of technical specifications, lead time, price range, etc. to related department.
・Managing customer satisfaction by delivering products & service that match or exceed their needs and expectations. Order management and New Projects Involvement.
・Handle customers’ enquiries, program quotation, costing, negotiation and price management.
・Able to work independently to develop new customers, new business opportunity and providing good service and support to existing customers
・Interpreting between Japanese Language by communication and explanation clearly to get both sides same understanding and translate document.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
・Working experience at least 8 years in Sales & Marketing (Plastic injection or tooling) in automotive parts or electronic parts.
・Have management experience at least 5 years
・Must have business development experience.
・Good customer service support capabilities.
・Advance conversation high in English.
・Able to communicate in Japanese
・Able to use Microsoft office
・Have car license.
