<Job Responsibilities>
- Collaborate with key members of global branch affiliates to clarify and record workflow
- Suggest improvements to utilize NetSuite functions according to workflow
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Implement and test ERP system as required
- Prepare necessary according to Implement and test situation
- Gather requirements and data for ERP reports in accordance with data governance policies
- Perform required analysis and if necessary, recommend business intelligence and modelling solutions.
- Participate and provide insight in discussions to decide key options to be used globally in the NetSuite
- Answer questions from all departments and resolve issues when needed
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Serve as data base administrator responsible for part number set up
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
(These projects may involve CRM software or another business intelligence software)
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 40 years old
- Any Bachelor's degree are welcomed
・At least 2 years experience in ERP system implementation and data migration
・Conversational high level of English (Toeic 750up or same level, Communicate with oversea members)
・Knowledge of database structure in ERP system
・Deep Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
・Person who can understand workflow and logistics of SCM, Sales and Finance department
・Person who can work independently

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Knowledge of Supply chain management or workflow of Sales/Finance tasks

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ทำงานร่วมกับสมาชิกหลักของบริษัทในเครือสาขาทั่วโลกเพื่อชี้แจงและบันทึกเวิร์กโฟลว์
- แนะนำการปรับปรุงเพื่อใช้ฟังก์ชั่น NetSuite ตามเวิร์กโฟลว์
- ประเมินกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ คาดการณ์ความต้องการ เปิดเผยพื้นที่สำหรับการปรับปรุง และพัฒนาและนำโซลูชันไปใช้
- ติดตั้งและทดสอบระบบ ERP ตามที่กำหนด
- เตรียมที่จำเป็นตาม Implement และทดสอบสถานการณ์
- รวบรวมข้อกำหนดและข้อมูลสำหรับรายงาน ERP ตามนโยบายการกำกับดูแลข้อมูล
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ที่จำเป็น และหากจำเป็น ให้แนะนำระบบธุรกิจอัจฉริยะและโซลูชันการสร้างแบบจำลอง
- เข้าร่วมและให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกในการอภิปรายเพื่อตัดสินใจเลือกตัวเลือกหลักที่จะใช้ทั่วโลกใน NetSuite
- ตอบคำถามจากทุกแผนกและแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อจำเป็น
- จัดการประชุมและการนำเสนอเพื่อแบ่งปันความคิดและข้อค้นพบ
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดูแลฐานข้อมูลรับผิดชอบการตั้งค่าหมายเลขชิ้นส่วน
- จัดการโครงการ พัฒนาแผนโครงการ และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน
(โครงการเหล่านี้อาจเกี่ยวข้องกับซอฟต์แวร์ CRM หรือซอฟต์แวร์ธุรกิจอัจฉริยะอื่นๆ)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 24 - 40 ปี
- ยินดีรับวุฒิปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
・มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการวางระบบ ERP และการย้ายข้อมูล
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับการสนทนาสูง (Toeic 750 คะแนนขึ้นไปหรือระดับเดียวกัน, สื่อสารกับสมาชิกต่างประเทศ)
・ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างฐานข้อมูลในระบบ ERP
・ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook และอื่นๆ)
・ผู้ที่เข้าใจเวิร์กโฟลว์และโลจิสติกส์ของ SCM ฝ่ายขายและการเงิน
・ผู้ที่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ

・ประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
