<Job Responsibilities>
- Support, cooperate, translate (Brochure, Manual, Documents related to Sales Dept) and communicate between team and customer or supplier in Japanese language and also in English
- Be a Japanese interpreter to support office work
- Process and support the project, marketing involved with Japanese machines.
- Fast/Polite communication to make customers/suppliers fully satisfied or
impressed.
- Maintain ISO9001 to ensure the system keeps good operation.
- Coordinate with related departments for smooth operation.
- Other tasks following the manager’s assignment or company policy
- Others duty as assignment.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of JP Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, JP Interpreter or other JP using position (Machine/ Food/ Food machinery Industry)
- Great command of Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher)
- Good command of English
- Fast learning about sales and marketing skills.
- Can work overtime and holiday (or in urgent cases).
- Can travel to both the province and abroad
- Computer skills in MS. Office, Email, Online communication.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Direct experienced in Food Machine Industry
- Holding JLPT N2/ N1
- Early/ Immediately join candidate

- สนับสนุน ร่วมมือ แปล (โบรชัวร์ คู่มือ เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายขาย) และสื่อสารระหว่างทีมงานกับลูกค้าหรือซัพพลายเออร์เป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นและภาษาอังกฤษ
- เป็นล่ามภาษาญี่ปุ่นเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานในสำนักงาน
- ดำเนินการและสนับสนุนโครงการการตลาดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักรญี่ปุ่น
- การสื่อสารที่รวดเร็ว/สุภาพ เพื่อให้ลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์พึงพอใจอย่างเต็มที่ หรือ
ประทับใจ
- รักษา ISO9001 เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าระบบยังคงทำงานได้ดี
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การทำงานราบรื่น
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการหรือตามนโยบายของบริษัท

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , หญิง , อายุ 23 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่ง JP Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, JP Interpreter หรือ JP อื่นๆ ที่ใช้ตำแหน่ง (เครื่องจักร/ อาหาร/ อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องจักรอาหาร)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (JLPT N3 ขึ้นไป)
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี
- เรียนรู้อย่างรวดเร็วเกี่ยวกับทักษะการขายและการตลาด
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาและในวันหยุดได้(หรือกรณีเร่งด่วน)
-สามารถเดินทางไปได้ทั้งในตัวจังหวัดและต่างประเทศ
- ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ใน MS. Office, อีเมล, การสื่อสารออนไลน์
