Duties & Responsibility:
Finishing products, for example applying protective coatings
making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
drafting a timescale for the job
estimating costs and setting the quality standards
monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmers
working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
supervising and motivating a team of workers
reviewing worker performance;
Working at factory (Pathumthani)
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Male, Age 35 - 45 Years old.
Can speak and writing the English language well.
Can drive the Car and had license.
Education: Bachelor degree, Major is Engineer or other related fields. 
Experience in related fields more than 5 Years.  


Languages skills:
English: Business Level  
Japanese : not required


Workplace Area:Pathumthani / Bangkradi Industrial Estate 
Working Hour:Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 THB/Month
