<Job Responsibilities>
- Translate documents(English, Japanese)
- 90 days report, visa & work permit for Japanese staff
- Responsible for all functions of Administrative Tasks and coordinated with management in relation to all General Affairs and labor relation activities.
- Managing the administration function such as office management, document filing, and other general affairs
- Assist Thai SV HR with documentation e.g. payroll, summary report
- Other tasks as assigned by Thai SV
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of interpreter experience in any company
- Conversational level of Japanse (UP N3 must ) and English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have study experience in Japan
- Have working experience as an interpreting in automotive company
