Labor Relations and Human Resources Planning

【Detail】
Lead full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions, programs, and pro-cesses within the Manufacturing plant. Establishes and maintains relationships with the key stakeholders in order to drive the execution of HR projects.
Manage allocated Human Resources projects and Human Resources processes with direction and implement to ensure attainment of functional results
Develops the change management strategy within the business to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Assesses HR implications of the business strategy, identifies opportunities to further meet business needs, and designs solutions.
Evaluates proposed HR programs to determine Company viability. Will act as the senior adviser inside the organization during the implementation phase.
Coach senior leadership within the business or function on issues that impact HR. Leads business & provide solutions that impact the Company.
Qualification:

Female and Male, age 36 - 49 years old ,Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor 's Degree any filed
More than 10 years HR experience in Manufacturing environment
Minimum 5 years strategic HR experience
Broad knowledge of best practices in HR systems and tools
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
Independent and result orientated with high personal drive to succeed
Strong leadership, analytical and creative
Good command in English (Written, Spoken, listening)

Japanese skills would be highly advantage
Languages skills
English: Business Level

Working Hour:Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17.00

Salary: 60,000-70,000 THB/Month
