<Job Responsibilities>
- Dealing with all aspects of a campaign.
- Proactively lead and engage the clients in communication initiatives and maintain an open rapport with the top decision makers.
- Communication daily with clients to ensure client’s need and expectations are met.
- Develop new opportunity with clients and be able to join the new business development for the company and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
- Managing the account's budget and cost to achieve target.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests.
- Prepare and present precise briefing to creatives and other multi-disciplined teams and provides them relevant background information on customers, markets and competitors.
- Presenting campaign proposal to clients for approval or modification / Attending client’s meeting.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 36 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business management, mass communication, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Account Management, Accout Executive from advertising industry.
- General understanding of agency protocols, procedure and processes.
- Resourceful with excellent multi-task and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under dynamic working environment.
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing / digital media.
- Solid communication and presentation skill.
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English – verbal and written.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- การจัดการกับทุกด้านของแคมเปญ
- เป็นผู้นำในเชิงรุกและมีส่วนร่วมกับลูกค้าในการริเริ่มการสื่อสาร และรักษาสายสัมพันธ์ที่เปิดกว้างกับผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจระดับสูง
- สื่อสารทุกวันกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าได้รับความต้องการและความคาดหวัง
- พัฒนาโอกาสใหม่กับลูกค้าและสามารถเข้าร่วมการพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่ของบริษัทและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระยะยาวกับลูกค้า
- การจัดการงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่ายของบัญชีเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าพวกเขาปฏิบัติตามคำขอของลูกค้าทั้งหมด
- จัดเตรียมและนำเสนอบทสรุปที่แม่นยำแก่ครีเอทีฟและทีมที่มีวินัยอื่น ๆ และให้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า ตลาด และคู่แข่ง
- นำเสนอข้อเสนอแคมเปญให้กับลูกค้าเพื่อขออนุมัติหรือแก้ไข / เข้าร่วมประชุมลูกค้า


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 28 - 36 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี บริหารธุรกิจ, สื่อสารมวลชน, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 4 ปีในการจัดการบัญชี, Accout Executive จากอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณา
- ความเข้าใจทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับโปรโตคอล ขั้นตอน และกระบวนการของหน่วยงาน
- ไหวพริบที่มีทักษะการทำงานหลายอย่างที่ยอดเยี่ยมและการจัดองค์กร
- สามารถทำงานได้ดีภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานแบบไดนามิก
- มีความรู้ด้านการตลาดดิจิทัล / สื่อดิจิทัลเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และกำหนดเวลาที่จำกัดได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยม - พูดและเขียน
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Word, Excel, Outlook และ PowerPoint ได้
