Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economicallyThese activities may include: copy services, office supplies, equipment, and inventory, administrative assistance, mail, distribution, and messenger services, records management, fleet management, cleaning, gardening, facilities management, company canteen, car pool and the employee van serviceCoordinate with customers to create effective Import and delivery plan Issue necessary documents for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.Liaising with functional managers to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needsIn charge of maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities and use the organization’s resources effectivelyEvaluating, and recommending office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization’s business needsOther tasks as per assigned
Qualification:

Thai nationality, Female ONLY, Age 23 - 30Bachelor's degree in any other related fieldsAdmin experience in Japanese companiesPC skillFresh graduates are welcome

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 –17:30
About the Benefit
