<Job Responsibilities>
This position is in charge of Export sales and Domestic sales
<Export sales : 70%>
- Initiating key account management and sales strategies to maintain and increase sales volume in the international markets(Japan, United states, Europe, china etc).
- Expanding the potential customer base and exploring new and emerging overseas market opportunities.
- Being responsible for sales targets.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with major clients and merchandisers.
-Monitoring client orders and product specifications and overseeing team cooperation with internal departments such as Planning, Production, R&D, Merchandise others.
- Ensuring that the client orders and product specifications are correct and delivered on time.
- Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve their problems.
- Managing, responding to and supporting customers’ requirements in order to ensure that products and services meet their highest
<Domestic sales : 30%>
- Visit to customers to introduce products
- Maintain good relationship with current customer and help support them as needed.
*mainly existing customer
*Customers are mainly in near Bangkok
*Visit by company car with driver(sometimes need to drive by own)
*2-3 times / week
- Cost calculation and making quotation
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
- Support the product's delivery schedule.
- Other tasks as assigned by sales manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Conversational middle - level of English skill( TOEIC: over 600) *need to use for sales activity with international clients
- At least 3years BtoB sales experience
- Have driving license
- Skilled at learning new concepts quickly while working well under pressure.
- Have willingness to sales in Fiber and textile
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having knowledge or sales experience in Textile
- Knowledge of import / export
- Can work carefully person
