Duties & Responsibility:


Lead and support teammates to ensure effective team operation and educate the colleaguesCooperate with architect team in order to complete the design blueprint for whole building project or partial projectVisit construction site regularly to ensure construction smoothness and precisionCommunicate; negotiate with client in term of design, schedule, etc. ( Customers are 80%  Japanese Companies, and 20% Thai company) 

Qualification:

Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 27 – 40 years oldBachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture5 years of expertise in architectural designHold Thai’s Professional Architecture License (สามัญสถาปัตย์ขึ้นไป)Good command in English and able to attend and comprehend meeting that conducted in EnglishPC skill (MS Office)

Workplace Area:              Sathorn (Bangkok) / BTS Chongnonsri         


                                                          


Working Hour:                  Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.00) Work 1 Saturday/month    


           


About the Benefit


Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 THB/ Month
