<Job Responsibilities>
- Coordinate with Sales team to order to support sales process.
- Prepare Issue quotation, PO and other related documents.
- Contact and coordinate with clients and vendors.
- Forwarding, arranging and follow up documentation with clients and vendors.
- Support for General Affairs Job (ex, stock check of office item /care for visitor at EET )
- Other tasks assigned by Thai manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have willingness to coordinator
- Conversational middle level of English ( can communicate with clients)
- Can commute by yourself ( No company bus)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- At least 1year as sales coordinator or sales support in any filed
- Work in Japanese company
