<Position objective >
- Manage and control all unit in QAQC department

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage around QAQC 10members
- Implement QA/QC activities in inspecting products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
- Focus on Quality control process with big Japanese customer in English
- Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
- Report and discuss with Japanese vice president
- Other assigned tasks by Japanese president

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years working experience as QAQC manager in Automobiles factory
- Conversational middle to high level of English ( can communicate with clients)
- Not job hopper ( at least 2years working in same company)
Personality : Tough mental and attractive person

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience of any related carbon brushes, carbon commutators
- Work in Japanese company
- Any Japanese skills
