Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring the implementation of the Corporate Compliance ProgramReporting to the Corporate Compliance Officer and Compliance Committee on a regular basis to review progress on program implementation and assisting with establishing improvement plansReviewing employee Standards of Conduct Certification StatementsDeveloping and implementing a Compliance trainingDeveloping policies and programs to encourage staff to report suspected fraud or impropriety without fear of retaliationDeveloping and communicating the objectives of the Compliance Program and report accomplishmentAccessing records relevant to compliance monitoring activities and report findingsCompiling reports of calls received, investigations conducted, findings and recommendationsEstablishing and communicating reporting procedures and reporting modes available (e‐mail, voicemail, suggestion box, etc.)Interviewing internal and external customers periodicallyConducting unannounced mock surveys, inspections, audits and investigations periodically to assess readiness and to specifically identify where corrective actions are neededReevaluate areas of previous deficiency to identify improvements

Male & Female, Age 30-40 Bachelor ‘s Degree /Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Law Work experience in industrial relations or compliance functionsKnowledge in labor law, labor relations law is a mandatory requirementExperience conducting efficient investigations and developing policies and proceduresAble to conduct training activities and investigation process independently
