<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain existing customers and call to new potential clients and visit the clients which are assigned location (Bangkok/ Pathumthani/ Chachoengsao/ Rayong/ Chonburi)
- Introduce products and build trust relationship by visiting or cold call
- Provide technical assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, support, repair and maintenance (on-site)
- Respond to requests for emergency set up and services to settle machine problem.
- Provides technical assistance to sales consultant and sales engineer to maximize the effectiveness on customer support task
- Communicate with client to understand their request and inform to relevant department
- Others task as assigned by supervisor

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
*Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Good command in English skills (speaking & writing)
- Willing to hold the target
- Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel)
- Having driving license and own car (for working)

- Ability to train in Bangkok at least 3 months
- Then Flexible to relocate as assigned by company (Bangkok/ Pathumthani/ Chachoengsao/ Rayong/ Chonburi)
*Ready to start work on 5th June 2023

<Preferable skills/experiences>
- Knowledge of Automation System and Equipment
- Graduated in Engineering/Science field

<Characteristic>
- Approachable, handling pressure, patient, good team communication

- ดูแลลูกค้าเดิมและโทรหาลูกค้าใหม่และออกเยี่ยมลูกค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (กทม./ ปทุมธานี/ ฉะเชิงเทรา/ ระยอง/ ชลบุรี)
- แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ไว้วางใจโดยการเข้าเยี่ยมหรือโทรหา
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้ง การใช้งาน การสนับสนุน การซ่อมแซม และการบำรุงรักษา (นอกสถานที่)
- ตอบสนองต่อคำขอตั้งค่าฉุกเฉินและบริการเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านเทคนิคแก่ที่ปรึกษาการขายและวิศวกรการขายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลสูงสุดในงานสนับสนุนลูกค้า
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าให้เข้าใจคำขอและแจ้งฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , อายุ 22 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
*ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูด & เขียน)
- เต็มใจที่จะยึดมั่นในเป้าหมาย
- มีความรู้ด้าน MS Office (Words, Excel)
- มีใบขับขี่และมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว (สำหรับการทำงาน)

- สามารถฝึกงานในกรุงเทพฯ อย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
- จากนั้นมีความยืดหยุ่นในการย้ายตามที่บริษัทกำหนด (กทม./ ปทุมธานี/ ฉะเชิงเทรา/ ระยอง/ ชลบุรี)
