<Position Objective/Expectation >
<Job Responsibilities>
- General HR &GA work such as labor management, facility and document management, and general affairs work at Chachoengsao Factory and Gateway Factory
- Negotiations and adjustments with labor bureaus and other external organizations, labor-management negotiations with labor unions, and negotiations and adjustments with other internal and external organizations
- Various negotiations and adjustments with related departments inside and outside the company
- Other general duties as HR and GA
- Management and human development of subordinates to implement the above, coordination with related departments
- Other assigned tasks
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience as HR & GA Manager at a Japanese company with 500 or more employees [same company]
- Have experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to build good relationships with external business partners, other internal departments, superiors and subordinates
(Since there are hard tasks such as negotiations with the labor union and dealing with attendance with employees, this person should be able to handle them.)
- Conversation middle level of English
- Have experience in consultations and negotiations with labor unions.
- Have experience of troubleshooting with employees, especially dealing with court cases
