<Job Responsibilities>
- Follows up with customers after receipt of their order, verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
- Submits report to Sales Manager, provides weekly activity/reports, monthly sale reports and monthly sales forecasts for assigned territory.
- Prepares and updates as required, the company’s sales plan and reports.
- Receives requests by telephone, fax or mail for price quotations/verifications, purchase orders and changes or cancellations directly from customers, answers questions regarding product line, prices, delivery times, warranty periods, credit/financing arrangements.
- Assists in handling the needs of customer and works with Production and Purchasing to expedite or ensure timely delivery of scheduled shipments, maintains close with liaison with other departments to carry order through completion.
- Submits forecast reports to Production Control Manager, provides briefings to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested. Performs any other duties as assigned.
- To support Manager to manage all customer’s QCD evaluation and promote improvement activities.
- Prepares returned goods paperwork, copies of invoice and delivery receipt to Account and Administration.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 2 years experiences in Sales function or related field.
- Good command in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking - to communicate with internal and external parties)

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- TOEIC scores
- Ability in Japanese Language

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ติดตามผลกับลูกค้าหลังจากได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และแก้ไขข้อกังวลใดๆ
- ส่งรายงานไปยังผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย, จัดเตรียมกิจกรรม/รายงานรายสัปดาห์, รายงานการขายรายเดือน และการคาดการณ์การขายรายเดือนสำหรับพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงตามความต้องการ, แผนการขาย, และรายงานของบริษัท
- รับคำขอทางโทรศัพท์, โทรสาร, หรืออีเมลเพื่อขอใบเสนอราคา/การตรวจสอบราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกโดยตรงจากลูกค้า ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับproduct line, ราคา, เวลาการส่งมอบ, ระยะเวลาการรับประกัน, การจัดการสินเชื่อ/การเงิน
- ช่วยในการจัดการความต้องการของลูกค้าและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตและฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อเร่งหรือรับประกันการส่งมอบตามกำหนดทันเวลา รักษาการติดต่อประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำสั่งให้เสร็จสิ้น
- ส่งรายงานการคาดการณ์ไปยังผู้จัดการฝ่ายควบคุมการผลิต ให้ข้อมูลสรุปแก่ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายตามความจำเป็นหรือตามที่ร้องขอ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้จัดการในการจัดการการประเมิน QCD ของลูกค้าทั้งหมดและส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการปรับปรุง
- จัดทำเอกสารการคืนสินค้า, สำเนาใบแจ้งหนี้และใบเสร็จรับเงินส่งให้กับบัญชีและธุรการ


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 27 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 2 ปีในสายงานการขายหรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (อ่าน เขียน พูด - เพื่อสื่อสารกับบุคคลภายในและภายนอก)
