Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist and coordinate with the CEO (i.e. solving customer related issues, etc.)Supervising, establishing and coordinating the wi-fi rental processEnsuring the flow of wifi rental process between or within departmentsFamiliarize with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresPerforms a variety of complicated tasks regarding miscommunication between staff and customersResponsible for Japanese and non-Japanese customers and support the team to solve problems and deal with delivery issuesOther tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age not over 40Able to work under pressure/Willing to be in a hectic work environmentAt least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/Inventory/Stock Management
PREFER
Problem solving skills, mature, excellent team playerGood personality and interpersonal skills
Strong responsibility for job assignment and goal oriented
Languages skills:
THAI: Native level (No Eng OK)
