Duties & Responsibility:


Mainly responsible for purchasing functionHandle all purchasing process including documentation and import procedureControl delivery schedule and inventory controlCollect and consolidate document and pass on to accounting officeAdministrative work including HR function such as payrollOther work as assigned by superiorWork ratio

-        Purchasing 30%,


-        Delivery/Inventory control  40%,


-        Accounting Documentation 15%,


-        General Affair and HR 15%   


 


Desired skills & experiences:


  (Must)


Thai Nationality Only, Male/ Female (Female is preferable) Age:  25– 30Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR/Administrative DepartmentVery good command of English both spoken & written.    Good service mind, logical thinking, positive working attitude, hardworking and able to do tedious job.  

(Preferable Qualification)


Good Command in Japanese



 


Workplace Area:              Asoke (MRT Petchaburi) /Bangkok            


                                                            


Working Hour:                  Mon - Fri (8.00 – 17.00)  


 


About the Benefit


Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
