<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Be able to manage Sales department and increase sales results
<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain with Clients ( existing 80%, new clients 20%)
- Visit to client factory ( can use company car)
- Manage sales members (around 7 members)
- Report and discuss with Japanese manager in English
- Coordinate with internal branch for import / export flows
- Other assigned works by Japanese manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 3years sales experience in Automotive company
・At least 1year as management position such as supervisor
・Conversational high level English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Work in Japanese company
・Good make relationship skills with clients
・Strong management skills
